Profile

This is me

I am Nicola Heath, an artist and visual storyteller with a passion for connecting and educating people about nature through art. Born and raised in Kenya, I have spent over 10 years creating hand-drawn and digital artworks that blend science, conservation, and design. My expertise spans map-making, signage design, botanical illustration, and educational materials for conservation projects.

I hold a BA Hons in Fine Art and have worked on major conservation initiatives, including the Save the Elephants Human-Elephant Coexistence Toolbox. My research on eye-tracking and effective interpretation signage has been published in academic journals, and I continue to explore how art can enhance environmental education and storytelling.

Through my work, I aim to inspire appreciation for nature, create engaging learning experiences, and bring artistic beauty to conservation efforts.
